  • To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers or systems.
  • To knowingly introduce viruses, malware or other harmful or malicious material.

  • To copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit website content without our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the website where we believe these terms have been breached.

3. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on this website is accurate and up to date. However, information relating to products, services, availability, pricing, delivery times and specifications may change without notice.

Website content is provided for general information and should not be treated as a substitute for specific advice relating to your individual requirements.

Images of materials, vehicles, equipment and completed projects are provided for illustrative purposes. The appearance of products and materials may vary depending on factors including source, batch, processing and natural variation.

4. Quotations and Orders

Any quotation provided by UKAP is based on the information available to us at the time of preparing the quotation. Unless otherwise stated, quotations are subject to confirmation and may be amended where project requirements, quantities, material availability, delivery requirements or other relevant circumstances change.

A quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order. An order will only be considered accepted once confirmed by UKAP.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting a quotation or placing an order, including delivery address, access requirements, quantities, material requirements and any relevant site restrictions.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where we are unable to supply the requested product or service, where information supplied is inaccurate, or where fulfilment is not reasonably practicable.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are provided on the basis stated in the relevant quotation or order confirmation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices may be subject to VAT and applicable delivery, collection, disposal or other service charges.

Payment terms will be agreed with the customer before or at the time an order is confirmed. Where payment is required in advance, work or delivery may not proceed until payment has been received.

Where credit terms have been agreed, invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.

We reserve the right to charge interest or recover reasonable costs associated with late payment where permitted by applicable law and the agreed payment terms.

6. Aggregate and Material Supply

UKAP supplies a range of primary and recycled aggregates, including materials such as sand, gravel, crushed stone, MOT Type 1, topsoil, recycled hardcore and other construction materials. Availability varies according to stock and supply.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected material is suitable for its intended use. Where technical specifications or certification are required, these should be requested and confirmed before an order is placed.

Natural and recycled aggregates may vary in colour, texture, grading and appearance. Such variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.

7. Delivery

We will agree delivery arrangements with the customer where delivery forms part of the order. Any delivery date or time provided by UKAP is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, adverse weather, vehicle or equipment issues, road restrictions, site conditions, supplier delays and other unforeseen events.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is suitable and reasonably accessible for the vehicle being used.

The customer must notify UKAP of any relevant access restrictions, weight limits, narrow roads, overhead obstructions, restricted areas or other site conditions that could affect delivery.

Where a delivery cannot reasonably be completed because of unsuitable access, unsafe conditions or inaccurate information provided by the customer, additional charges may apply and a further delivery may need to be arranged.

8. Collection

Where customers collect materials from our premises, they are responsible for following all instructions provided by UKAP staff and complying with applicable site health and safety requirements.

Loads must be suitable for the vehicle being used and must comply with applicable weight, loading and road safety requirements. UKAP may refuse collection where we reasonably believe that a vehicle or load is unsafe or unsuitable.

9. Waste Management and Disposal

UKAP provides waste management and recycling services for suitable construction, demolition, landscaping and related waste materials.

Customers must accurately declare the nature and type of waste being presented for collection, disposal or processing.

Waste must be appropriately classified and must comply with any requirements communicated by UKAP. We reserve the right to refuse waste that is prohibited, contaminated, incorrectly described, hazardous or otherwise unsuitable for the relevant facility or service.

Where a load contains materials that were not declared in advance or requires additional sorting, treatment or disposal, additional charges may apply.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that waste supplied to UKAP is legally transferable and that all information provided regarding the waste is accurate.

10. Waste Transfer and Documentation

Where required, UKAP will provide appropriate waste documentation in accordance with applicable legal and environmental requirements.

Customers must provide any information reasonably required for waste transfer, including details relating to the waste type, origin and relevant site information.

11. Site Access and Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that sites are reasonably safe and accessible for UKAP employees, contractors and vehicles.

Customers are responsible for informing UKAP of any known hazards, restrictions or special requirements that may affect the provision of our services.

Where our services require access to private property or a construction site, the customer must ensure that the necessary permissions have been obtained.

We may suspend or refuse a service where we reasonably believe that proceeding would create an unacceptable health and safety risk.

12. Cancellations and Changes

Requests to cancel or change an order should be made as soon as possible and may be subject to the terms of the individual quotation or order.

Where materials have already been loaded, dispatched, delivered, collected or otherwise processed, cancellation or amendment may not be possible, or additional costs may apply.

Any cancellation charges or refund arrangements will depend on the nature and stage of the order and will be confirmed by UKAP where applicable.

13. Returns and Complaints

If you believe that materials or services supplied by UKAP do not comply with the agreed order, you should contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide details of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs, delivery information, order details or other evidence to help us investigate a complaint.

We will review complaints fairly and seek to resolve genuine issues where appropriate.

Subject to this, UKAP will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from the misuse of products, materials, equipment or services supplied by us.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that materials, products and services supplied by UKAP are used appropriately and in accordance with any relevant instructions, specifications, regulations and professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
