UKAP Ltd received a report for site. Applied Geology Report – Report No: AG3197-20-AL37 Dated December 2020. The report was sent to two local disposal facilities. Both assessed reports and classified TP2 & DCS3 unacceptable. TP2 as asbestos fragments had been identified in this location. DCS3 as PH level at 10.2 units. See location map below for locations on site.

On 28th February 2025, UKAP visited site with an engineer and located & Identified location TP2 & DCS3 and marked it out and surrounding area with road pins and red/white tape.

On 4th March 2025 UKAP visited site and managed the excavation of location DCS3. This area was dug out to two separate levels (1) Rear garden area to 350mm as level needs raising 600mm of clean cover. (2) Plot area excavated down to 1m till hit natural sand strata. Area excavated was 12m x 12m to ensure area covered.
All material from this location has been disposed at “Booth Ventures Ltd” Facility at Harwood Quarry, Brookfold Lane, Harwood, Bolton, BL2 4LT. A total of 8 x 8w loads were disposed of at Harwood. See Permit and WTN’s below:
TP2.
TP2 was marked out (see previous pictures above) and on 5th March 2025 UKAP and a site engineer from Lee Contracting monitored the excavation of this area. Asbestos fragments was identified as loosely discarded on top of soil & turf . The whole area was excavated down to 250mm on garden areas checking for any asbestos and plot area excavated down to 850mm checking for asbestos whilst excavation was being conducted. No further asbestos was identified in this location.

TP2 arisings will be loaded Friday 7thMarch 2025 on to 8w tipper vehicles and disposed of to a hazardous picking and disposal facility at Provectus Soils c/o 3C waste at Edwin Richards Quarry, Portway Rd, Rowley Regis, West Midlands, B65 9BT.
Therefor as DCS3 & TP2 have been segregated and disposed of to licenced facilities so no arisings to your Middlewich facility will be contain any cross contamination from DCS3 or TP2.
